Andy's Flat,

Members present - Steve S, Nick and Sarah French, John A (Medium), Mark I and the owners Andy and Kate.

We were asked to investigate this private residence due to the couple seeing and feeling a presence in the flat, this seemed to be backed up by the numbers of past residents that have quickly left the property before the present couple moved in.

The actual investigation didn't come up with any real answer of whether the property is haunted or not? Several anomalies were caught on camera, but the medium could not draw the spirit forward enough to get any answers. We would of liked to come back to this property  but the couple were in the process of moving out.

Not every investigation is full activity but we have to take things as they come.
