Nick French - Co Founder and Technical Advisor
Hi I'm Nick, Co - founder of the Spirits of the Night, with Steve. I have been interested in the Paranormal world for about 15 years, I have all way's watched paranormal programs and the unexplained and read numerous books on the fact. I am a believer but I want the proof to show the sceptic's out there, that there are other things in life that have yet to be explained. I'm proud to of brought so many like minded people together in this team. Three years ago I was Invited to spend a day at Tony Stockwell's Physic workshop in Essex. Me and another team member gave a talk and answered questions to a group of forty or so people, one including Danniella Westbrook, whom were all interested in what we did and why we do it.
Sarah French - Sceptic
Hi I'm Sarah, I got interested in the
unexplained after meeting Nick who's my husband. I guess I'm a little
like Wendy, I'm a believe it when I see it kinda girl. My first
investigation was the very first at The Moat House in Tamworth, I thought that I
was going to be really scared because I hate the dark but I wasn't. Nick and me
went up in the tower and I had a funny tingling feeling on the legs, didn't say
anything because I thought they would all think that I was mad. Now I know
that they are all mad, so now I'll tell them whatever happens. I hope you
enjoy the website and seeing it grow.
Stu Brompton - Parapsychologist
Hi I'm Stu, I have been involved in the Paranormal for about 18 years now and have worked in many aspects of the paranormal community. I have investigated many locations throughout the UK including the very first investigation of Bodmin Gaol by any paranormal group. Recently I have made the Transition from Medium to Parapsychologist. This gives me the unique opportunity to see the paranormal world from both sides, therefore making a more positive case to the sceptics of this world.
Ema Shaw - Dowser and Photographer
Hi I'm Ema, I have been interested
in the Paranormal for a number of years and have investigated a number of
locations around the UK. I am a keen Dowser and photographer and with these
skills I bring a number of convincing elements of the paranormal to the team. I
have witnessed much paranormal activity in my past investigations ranging from
poltergiest to a UFO and I hope to bring proof to the sceptics of the world.
Tracy Kealey - Beleiver
Hi I'm Tracy, I'm
37 years old. Married with 2 kids. From an early age I've experienced different
paranormal activity. Only in the last 7 years since my mom passed away it
has all really kicked off. This is all very new to me and with being a member of
the team will help me progress. I also love watching Most Haunted and have also
been to a see Colin Fry, Tony Stockwell, Dereck Acorah but name a few. I know
there is an afterlife but would like to have the chance to prove it.
John Alldridge - Meduim
Hi I'm John I am 35 years old with 3 children and I
am as sane as any other person who walks the earth, but I know that spirits
exist through unexplained experiences. Which most people would like to believe
in but are to scared to admit it as this turns on it's head everything the
church's of different religions have told us through the years. I work in
Tamworth as a shift manager at a large distribution firm, along with most of the
other team members. I attend a spiritual church in Tamworth although I am
sceptical about a higher being, yet completely none sceptical about spirits and
the after life. I am proud to be a member of this team because we nearly all
think the same way, and that's to find the one piece of evidence that is unable
to be questioned and proved wrong by the scientific community, because it is the
truth. Were not here to fake anything, were not here to pretend everything, what
we have done is real with no camera tricks or manipulation. we all look for
explanations to make sure all explainable cause's are ruled out to the best of
our knowledge. We no there will always be someone to disagree but we know the
truth and will prove it!
Mark Ireland - Open Minded
Hi my name's Mark. I'm relatively new to finding out about the paranormal
world. My interest and fascination started when I watched Most Haunted for
the first time. My enthusiasm has increased after joining the team on
their last 3 investigations and being asked to become a member of the team.
My first investigation was at the Moat House, Tamworth, were John introduced
me to the team and after listening to some of the team members discussing
previous investigations, I wanted to see the proof for myself.
Carol - Medium/Clairvoyant
My name is Carol, I have been a medium/ clairvoyant from as
far back as I can remember, I have spoken to spirits since a very young age but
didn't get to use my physic ability until I moved to the midlands from up north
at the age of 24. The way it all began was when I was invited to a clairvoyant
evening, the lady asked me why I didn't my own physic sensitivity, She told me
that the spirit world needed me and now was the time. I worked for the
Spiritualist Church for a short time. I thoroughly enjoy my work it has become
my life, giving happy news, putting people's minds at rest and helping spirits,
I love meeting people past and present. My mission in life is to prove that
there is life after death, I'm not sure how but I'm sure with my spirits and
determination we'll do it.
Steve - Carol's husband/ Earthly Assistant
My name is Steve, I have been married to Carol for 16 years. I have always been interested in the paranormal but remained sceptical. Since meeting Carol and seeing the way see works it has opened my eye's and mind, there must be something there for people to come back time and time again to see Carol. I have had paranormal encounter whilst on vacation in Wales , since that day I have no longer been sceptical and have learnt to work with carol at her side.
Dave Blower - Camera Operator
My name is Dave & I am a very enthusiastic investigator who
goes along to the investigations well prepared with my Ghostbusters water
pistol, toilet roll & chocolate bars. I have been interested in the
paranormal since a child when I was outside playing, I just happened to look up
& saw the lady from next door at her bedroom window, but then remembered
that she had died 2 years previously. I am very interested in all the
different equipment that can be purchased to help us spot the orbs & to
hopefully capture proof on film.
Sheryl Blower
My name is Sheryl.
I have always been interested in the paranormal but became more fascinated after
getting hooked on "Most Haunted" & Derek Acorah. My one & only
investigation to date was the Moat House & also offered any ghosts some dry
roasted nuts, but they didn't fancy them either. I am looking forward to all the
other investigations that are planned over the next few months. Like
everyone else I do believe but I still want the proof.
Ann French
Hi I'm Ann French, Mother to Nick who is also on our team. I
have been interested in the paranormal for a few years now, I think it's a
fascinating subject, no-one has ever really come up with any firm evidence that
spirits exists, so that's why we have to go out there and look for ourselves.
mind you if I ever saw anything I don't know what my reactions would be.
Whenever we go on an investigation at night all day before I keep singing "Who
you gonna call? Ghost Busters!"
Emily French - Looking for proof
Hi I'm 22 years old and a shop manager in Nuneaton, I'm still
sitting on the fence as far as believing goes. I've seen a couple of ghostly
sightings but the more I think about them the more I Doubt them. I just want
something to happen to completely convince me.
